The Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) is an international foundation that was established in 1995, by the Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport, in cooperation with the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, as a Swiss contribution to NATO’s Partnership for Peace (PfP).

The foundation, which now includes 48 member states, has as primary primary purpose the promotion of building and maintenance of peace, security, and stability. It does so through providing a platform for training, dialogue, and information exchange on security policy-related issues.

The GCSP is active in policy research and training in the fields of cybersecurity and disruptive technologies (such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and big data).
