In the context of the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) centenary, and the 2030 Agenda, this summit will reflect on the pressing need to rethink collaboration and tools for a more inclusive, productive, and sustainable future of work. Currently, the world of labour is at a critical point. Technology is transforming the way we work and the skills we need. Inequality, gender differences in employment, including pay the gap between men and women, persist or continue to grow. What is necessary from the public sector, business, international organisations, and the representatives of workers and employers alike to deal with these challenges? The summit includes a series of workshops in the afternoon and a high-level panel discussion in the evening.
