This workshop, organised by Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) – Investment Promotion, will explore the opportunities for Switzerland as a strong and innovative cybersecurity location. The aim of the workshop is to address questions such as: Is the industry ready for the various disruptive forces we are currently facing? Are we positioning ourselves well enough while facing the evolution of digitalisation which affects both the consumer’s behaviour and the current business models?
The workshop aims to address two goals. First, it will provide an overview of the industry to all investment promotion professionals; second, it will develop ideal claims, strategies, and visions for Switzerland in the cybersecurity sector. For this purpose, the workshop is open to 30-40 participants, representatives of cantonal economic promotion agencies, representatives of economic regions, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Swiss Business Hubs and Switzerland Global Enterprise, and cybersecurity experts.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, 5th June, 2018 at the Geneva Internet Platform (WMO Building, 7bis Avenue de la Paix, 1202 Geneva). Registrations are open until 1 June 2018; to register, please send an email to Kim Matzner at firstname.lastname@example.org
The event is coordinated by Rolf Lüthi, Head of Training, S-GE, and will be moderated by Liv Minder, Director, Investment Promotion, S-GE.
