The Telecommunications Industry Dialogue has published a new online resource compiling information on some of the most important legal powers available to government authorities seeking to access communications data or to restrict the content of communications in 44 countries in which one or more Industry Dialogue operators is present. The resource brings together information published by Vodafone Group in June of 2014 and February of 2015, and by Telenor Group in May of 2015, with new material published by the Telecommunications Industry Dialogue.

The five new reports describe pertinent legal frameworks in Colombia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Russia, countries that represent the diversity of the Industry Dialogue companies’ global footprint.
