Translators Without Borders and the World Health Organization (WHO)/United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) will share how COVID-19 information chatbots, designed and implemented in various countries, were able to offer trusted information to users in local languages. WHO will also announce its compilation of innovative concepts of communicating science during COVID-19.
