Event dates: 27–29 November 2023
The annual UN Forum on Business and Human Rights has gathered thousands of participants from governments, international organisations, business, trade unions, civil society, legal experts, and academia from around the world since 2011.
The 12th forum will focus on the actual changes that have occurred in the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) standards by states and businesses and review whether judicial or non-judicial remedies have been made more available for those negatively affected of business-related human rights abuses.
The tentative programme is expected to be released in July 2023.
