The UN Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) is hosting the second part of the three-part 2024 Cyber Dialogues, convening diplomats, policymakers, and members of the multistakeholder community for a discussion on the developing rules, norms, and principles around responsible state behaviours in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). The April dialogue will address the gender dimension of cyberthreats and corresponding gender-responsive capacity-building efforts.
