The UN Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) is hosting the first part of the three-part 2024 Cyber Dialogues, convening diplomats, policymakers, and members of the multistakeholder community for a discussion on the developing rules, norms, and principles around responsible state behaviours in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). The February dialogue will highlight the most pertinent challenges in the malicious use of ICT, the work of the UN Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) on security of and in the use of information and communications technologies, and other joint State-private sector initiatives that address supply chain issues.
